The building sits within walking distance of Saunton Sands beach and the South West Coastal Path. The open-plan ground floor contains a living area with a 65-inch smart TV and bi-folding doors onto a front-facing balcony, a separate dining space, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. Underfloor heating powered by an air source heat pump keeps things warm. An upper floor holds three bedrooms: a kingsize with its own shower room, two single beds in a second room, and a bunk bed in a third (suitable for children).
