Apartment 1 is a ground-floor property sleeping six, arranged across one level with direct access to a shared terrace. The three bedrooms comprise a kingsize with ensuite bathroom and heated towel rail, a double opening onto the terrace, and a twin room. A separate shower room serves the rest of the apartment.

The terrace overlooks Saunton Sands beach; the property sits above the coastline rather than backing onto countryside. One car can park on site. Essentials like electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included. The apartment accepts one dog free of charge. No smoking inside. Arrival is after 4pm and checkout before 10am.
