Apartment 5 is a contemporary three-bedroom property set on the first floor of a small coastal complex above Saunton Sands. The open-plan living area has double aspect windows facing the beach, with doors opening onto a shared balcony. Three bedrooms sleep up to six: the master has a kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom with bath, a second bedroom has a double bed, and the third has two singles. A separate shower room serves the other bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with electric oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and heating are included; one dog stays free of charge.

The apartment occupies a privileged position above one of Devon's most dramatic stretches of coastline. Saunton Sands itself is on the doorstep, a three-mile arc of golden beach backed by dunes. The property has private parking for two cars. Smoking is not permitted. Check-in is after 16:00 and checkout before 10:00.
