A Beach Bedroom - Azure is fully equipped for a group or family getaway. The four bedrooms sleep eight across two storeys: two with super king beds and their own ensuite facilities, two with king beds sharing a separate shower room. Three bathrooms in total mean everyone gets space to themselves. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included, along with a welcome pack on arrival.
The ground floor centres on a bright kitchen with a range cooker, dishwasher and American fridge, opening onto a patio where a barbecue is built in. There's a separate dining room, a living room with a smart TV, a utility room, a sun room, and a shower room with a heated towel rail. The enclosed garden has a lawned area and patio for sitting out. Private parking is available for two cars. The property sits under 200 yards from Combe Martin beach and the North Devon coast; the Wildlife and Dinosaur Park is nearby, as is access to the South West Coast Path. Non-smokers only.

We could not fault this great house. We were a group of friends visiting for a wedding and the house exudes a "happy holidays" vibe from the moment you open the pink and blue front door. It is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. An unusual plus point was the plumbing! Eight adults all getting showered and dressed up for a wedding, plenty of hot water and not one rude word exchanged - must be a record! Thanks to Simon for being an excellent host and for the scones etc left for our arrival. Proximity to the beach and the coastal path is also a big positive.

Beautiful house in a great location, right near the beach and the pub! Every little detail was thought out. We had a welcome gift of scones, jam and cream which was a nice suprise. The beds were so comfy. We all had a lovely time, and would all come again!
