Ashley Cottage

Ashley Cottage is a stone semi-detached cottage on Combe Martin's high street, a short walk from the seafront. Inside, the ground floor holds a living room with a multi-fuel burner, a separate dining room, a kitchen with a gas cooker, and a shower room. Upstairs are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two singles, sleeping four in total. A courtyard with seating looks onto a small garden. One car can park on site.

The kitchen is equipped for everyday cooking, and essentials like electricity, heating, bed linen and Wi-Fi are provided. A multi-fuel burner offers additional warmth. The village itself has local shops, pubs and restaurants within walking distance, plus beach access just 500 yards away. Rock pools and clifftop paths are nearby; the Southwest Coast Path passes through the village for walkers. One well-behaved dog can stay free of charge, though the property is non-smoking.

Ilfracombe lies close by with its harbour and beaches. Croyde and Woolacombe offer larger sandy coves popular for water sports. Exmoor's moorland and the clifftop railway at Lynton–Lynmouth are accessible for day trips, as are Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park, Watermouth Castle, and various National Trust sites across Devon.
