Upstairs are two further bedrooms. The property sits in rural West Anstey, with Exmoor nearby and the North Devon coast within reach for a day out.

Outside, there's an enclosed south-facing garden with a sitting area and furniture, plus parking for three cars. One dog stays free, and the surrounding fields and a private wood with ponds make it straightforward to exercise them. Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included. The water comes from a spring on the property. No smoking inside.
