Sunnymead Farm Camping and Touring Site sits on Woolacombe Road, within reach of two major beaches and the coastal towns that surround them. The static caravan Coastal Retreat sleeps four people in two bedrooms: a double with an ensuite toilet, and a twin room served by a separate shower room. Everything is on the ground floor, with a living room containing a Smart TV and electric fire, and a kitchen/dining space equipped for cooking proper meals. Parking for two cars comes with the property, and the site itself is quieter than you might expect from a popular holiday park.
Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included. The caravan is non-smoking. From here, Woolacombe's beach is a short drive, as is Ilfracombe with its working harbour, independent shops and galleries. Exmoor National Park lies about 9 miles away, and Lynton and Lynmouth are roughly 17 miles to the east. The immediate area has woodland reserves, coastal paths and family attractions including Watermouth Castle. Surfers head to Croyde Bay and Saunton Sands; if you want to stay put, Ilfracombe has restaurants and cafes within easy reach.

Croyde Retreat @ Hillsview Coastal Retreats... What a place. I honestly cannot begin to describe just how immaculate of an experience Jordan makes this place. The layout is fantastic. The cabin is fast becoming a home away from home. We visited in 2025 and were so wowed by the experience and hospitality that we had to come back again. Every provision is thought of, from the lighting above the surfaces, the shower setup and comfortable bed. The hot tub tips it over the edge and makes this an absolute must visit. If you are looking for a wonderful place to stay, this is it. Make the trip and see what hospitality is really like. Thank you Jordan for another wonderful stay!

If you’re thinking about a relaxing break in Woolacombe, I’d honestly say just book it. It’s got that countryside feel but still really modern, clean and comfortable. We stayed in one of the lodges and it really was such a lovely find. Everything was spotless and just felt easy from the moment we arrived. The little touches like fresh flowers, Prosecco, biscuits, tea and coffee were really appreciated and made it feel that bit more special. Jordan was great — really helpful with advice on where to park in Woolacombe without it costing loads, and even offered us an extra night which was such a kind touch. We had a really relaxed, stress-free stay and properly switched off for the weekend. We’ll definitely be back. Thanks again, Jordan 🤍 Nat 👌

We booked through holidaycottages.co.uk and had an incredible stay here. The place itself is clean, comfortable and had plenty of extra touches that made the stay special. The owner, Jordan, showed us around when we arrived so that we knew how everything worked and there was even prosecco and treats for when we arrived! We loved the hot tub and the bed was really comfortable. I would absolutely recommend the retreats and would love to stay again.
