Eastacombe

Eastacombe is a traditional village cottage that underwent complete renovation and extension in 2022–23. The property sleeps 10 across five bedrooms: four upstairs, all with kingsize beds and smart TVs (two with ensuite bathrooms), and one on the ground floor with zip-and-link singles that can form a super kingsize. Four bathrooms are spread throughout, along with a shower room on the ground floor.

The main living space is open plan, with a kitchen fitted for proper cooking—electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and all the basics—opening onto a dining area and garden. A second living room has a woodburner. Outside, the back garden includes a patio, barbecue, pizza oven and a private six-person hot tub. The separate games room houses a pool table, table tennis, darts and a games console. There is parking for four cars on site. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included; a travel cot and highchair are available.

The location suits families or groups wanting easy access to North Devon's countryside. Eggesford Forest is roughly 10 miles towards Exeter; Libbaton Golf Club is three miles away near High Bickington. A country pub sits a short drive along the A377. No smoking is permitted inside the property. One pet is welcome.
