Little Owl Cottage

A converted barn on a working farm near Umberleigh, Little Owl Cottage sits among rolling countryside with views across Devon farmland. The property is yours alone, with parking for two cars and a private garden featuring a hot tub. One dog is welcome to stay at no extra cost.

Inside, the ground floor opens into a living and dining space with an electric woodburner, Smart TV, and French doors to the garden. The kitchen has everything needed for proper cooking—electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge and freezer—plus a washer dryer. Upstairs, one bedroom has a king-size bed with ensuite shower and heated towel rail; the other offers two zip-and-link single beds (or a super king-size bed on request) with its own ensuite. A further shower room serves the landing. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are included. The cottage has oil-fired central heating.

This is a working farm setting, genuinely quiet, though Dartmoor and Exmoor are within reach for day trips, and North Devon's beaches lie an hour or so toward the coast. The garden's patio and seating area make it the natural gathering spot in the evening. Smoking is not permitted inside.
