Grace Cottage

Grace Cottage is thoroughly equipped for self-catering. The kitchen has an electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer. The living room contains a wood burner (initial logs provided), Freeview TV and DVD player. Electricity, wifi, bed linen and towels are all included. One well-behaved pet stays free of charge.

The cottage sleeps four across two bedrooms: a double and two singles upstairs, with a bathroom offering both bath and shower. Ground-floor access is straightforward. You have exclusive use of the whole property, plus a quarter-acre landscaped garden with seating and a barbecue. Private parking for one car is on site. The owner lives next door.

High Bickington is a working village where the shop and a pub are within walking distance. North Devon's coast—with fishing villages like Clovelly and long beaches at Saunton and Westward Ho—is within reach. Dartmoor and Exmoor are both accessible for a day out. Smoking is not permitted inside.
