Mullacott Retreats - 31 Ocean Terrace sits within Mullacott Park, positioned for reaching Woolacombe, Ilfracombe and Barnstaple, each with their own character: sand, harbour walks, or market-day atmosphere.

The lodge itself is a single-storey timber building arranged around one open-plan living space. The kitchen has a gas hob and electric oven, plus a dishwasher and washing machine if you're staying longer. Three bedrooms sleep six: one double with an ensuite shower, two rooms with single beds each. A separate bathroom has a bath with shower. Outside, a private hot tub seats four, and the front garden has decking with seating. There is parking for one car on site. Electricity, bed linen and towels are included. The property does not permit smoking.

This layout suits groups of friends or extended families who want a base to explore the beaches and towns nearby rather than somewhere to hole up indoors. One dog is welcome to stay.
