Palm Leas is a single-storey property where you step straight into an open-plan living and dining room flooded with natural light. The kitchen has an electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer for self-catering. One bedroom holds a double bed with its own ensuite shower room; the other has a single bed. A shared external laundry room gives access to a washing machine and tumble dryer. The essentials—heating, hot water, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi—are covered, and fuel for the wood burner comes included from October through April.

Outside, a patio with garden furniture and a barbecue opens onto shared gardens. There is parking for one car on site, plus a garage for storing bikes, kayaks or mobility scooters. The bungalow sits at the end of a quiet lane close enough to walk to Ilfracombe's beach and shops. Ilfracombe Pool & Fitness Centre is nearby. The property does not permit smoking. A travel cot and highchair are available if needed.
