Admiral’s Lookout

Ilfracombe's working harbour and beach sit within walking distance of Admiral's Lookout, a four-bedroom property spread across two floors. The setting is coastal North Devon—the kind of place where the sea dominates the view and the rhythm of the tides shapes the day. The house sleeps eight across bedrooms ranging from a kingsize to twin beds, with three bathrooms to match. Two of the bedrooms have their own en-suite facilities; a third bedroom has access to a separate toilet.

Downstairs, a living room with sea views opens onto a dining space and a kitchen fitted for actual cooking—range cooker, dishwasher, proper coffee machine. Behind that is a utility room with washing machine and extra fridge space. Upstairs there's a study if anyone needs a quiet corner, plus the fourth bedroom and a family bathroom with a bath and shower. Bed linen, towels, heating and Wi-Fi are all included. An enclosed patio with garden furniture is yours for the duration. Parking is available for two cars on a permit basis, about a five-minute walk away.

The house is for families and groups only—not suitable for stag or hen parties. No smoking indoors. It's the kind of base that works whether you want to spend your days by the water or use it as a proper holiday home for a larger family gathering.
