Riverside Cottage

You arrive at Riverside Cottage through a traditionally proportioned front door into a living room with an open fire and Freeview TV. Beyond is a kitchen/dining space equipped with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine—everything needed to cook properly or heat up supplies. A utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs, two bedrooms sleep four: one has a zip-and-link kingsize (or two singles on request), the other two linked single beds. The shower room is compact but functional with a heated towel rail. Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included; fuel for the fire is available locally.

The cottage sits on the banks of the East Lyn River in Lynmouth, within easy reach of the coast and Exmoor National Park's woodland valleys and walking routes. A pub with waterside seating stands just over a mile away. The garden has a patio and sitting-out area with steps and uneven ground. The nearest public car park is at cost. One dog is welcome and stays free. No smoking inside.
