Rural Cottage

Rural Cottage is a 200-year-old farmstead property in North Scarle, North Kesteven, accommodating six people across three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The ground floor holds the living and dining areas plus a kitchen with electric cooking facilities. Upstairs are two king-size bedrooms, a third room with bunk beds, and a bathroom with a bath and separate shower; one bedroom has an ensuite shower room. The cottage sits on a working farm, and one dog is welcome to stay at no cost (though they must be kept on a lead). There is a step at the entrance and another in the garden.

The back garden includes a patio with seating and furniture. Private parking fits three cars on site. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included; a travel cot and highchair are available if needed. The property is non-smoking. Lincoln and its cathedral and castle lie within easy reach for cultural visits, while Newark's market town centre with its castle and antique fairs sits in the opposite direction. The surrounding countryside suits walkers and cyclists looking for quieter days out, and local pubs and farm shops are within the area.
