This ground-floor apartment occupies a period building facing the North Norfolk coast, with the sand just beyond the front. The town centre—shops, galleries, restaurants—lies a short walk away, while The Leas Play Park is nearby for a change of pace.
Inside, an open-plan living space with large windows takes in sea views across a dining and kitchen area. Two bedrooms sleep four: one has a zip-and-link super king (or two singles on request), the other a king bed. There's one shower room. The kitchen comes fully fitted for self-catering, with an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and washer-dryer. A woodburner warms the living area on cooler days. On-site there's a shared gym and bike storage; outside you get private parking for one car plus garage parking for another. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are covered. One well-behaved pet is welcome. The apartment is non-smoking.

We stayed at the lovely seaside flat for a week with my family. We had a wonderful time in the flat. It was beautifully furnished to a very high standard. Everything a family could need was provided in the flat. Excellent communication from Sarah from the start of our booking. We had dinners at some lovely places in Sherringham all suggested by our lovely host. We would love to stay again.

Excellent and spacious apartment, very comfortable and warm, with wonderful sea views from almost every window. Perfect place to hole up in or to explore the surrounding area.

Easiest five star review. Stylish and extremely comfortable well equipped apartment. Fabulous sea views and the location is amazing. Very easy access to amenities, eateries and shops. I am a bit fussy about beds and these were very comfortable. Would not hesitate to recommend and will be making a return visit(s) to top up my vitamin Sea!!

What a fantastic apartment! Beautifully decorated to a very high standard and well equipped. Excellent location. The welcome hamper was much appreciated. Sarah is the perfect host and her restaurant recommendations were first class. We are going to have to stay again to try some more! We will definitely be back and have already recommended the apartment to family.
