Seasands

Families with young children will find Seasands useful—it includes a travel cot and highchair, and the beach is a hundred yards away. The property spreads across two floors with three bedrooms: a super king on the second floor, a single on the first, and two singles upstairs. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower cubicle and one with a bath. Downstairs holds the kitchen, two living spaces with Freesat and Netflix, and a small garden with seating.

Sheringham itself has a sandy beach and promenade, a swimming pool, cliff-top golf course, National Trust Sheringham Park and the North Norfolk Steam Railway. The town centre has shops, cafés, restaurants and regular markets. Cromer, five miles away, also has a beach and pier. Further out, you could reach Blakeney Quay in ten miles, or Norwich for its cathedral, castle museum and theatre. Wroxham, the Norfolk Broads centre, sits 25 miles off and rents boats for river trips. A shop, pub and restaurant are all a hundred yards from the door. The property has on-site parking for one car, with additional road parking available. Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are included. Note that the stairs are open, steep, narrow or spiral in places.
