Fred’s Barn

Fred's Barn is a converted Grade II listed property on private land with views across open fields in North Norfolk. It sleeps ten across five bedrooms and four bathrooms, making it suitable for large families or groups. The whole property is yours alone, with parking for three cars on site.

The ground floor contains two bedrooms (both with zip-and-link kingsize beds that split into singles on request), each with its own ensuite or wet room, plus a utility room with a washer-dryer. Upstairs are three further bedrooms: a super kingsize, two singles, and a bunk room. The main living space is open plan, with a wood burner, Freeview Smart TV, dining area and well-stocked kitchen including a Rayburn, electric oven and hob, dishwasher and coffee machine. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are included, along with initial logs for the burner. Travel cots, highchairs and a stairgate are available. An enclosed garden has seating areas and furniture; a BBQ is available on request.

The property suits families wanting space to cook and eat together, or groups celebrating together. It works as well in winter, when the wood burner and underfloor heating make it a warm gathering place, as in summer when you can use the patio. No smoking throughout.
