The ground floor opens into a living and dining space anchored by a woodburner, with a separate games room holding a pool table, air hockey and table tennis. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking—electric cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer included—and there's a shower room with heated towel rail. Upstairs, two bedrooms sleep four: a kingsize and a flexible twin room (which can be arranged as a super kingsize on request).

Outside is where Swann Cottage distinguishes itself. A private hot tub for six sits in an enclosed back garden furnished with seating and a gas barbecue. Beyond that, the grounds open onto a 100-acre estate shared with other properties on-site—woodland trails, lakeside walks and meadows to explore. One car can park on the property.
