The property is a single open-plan space on the first floor, sleeping two in a double bedroom and containing a living area, kitchen and shower room. You get a Smart TV, proper cooking facilities including an induction hob and dishwasher, and a comfortable working setup if you need one. A raised terrace with a bistro set looks out to the surroundings. Electricity, heating, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are provided; there's an equipment store for bikes or kayak gear, and private parking for two cars.

Sandy beaches at Sea Palling and Waxham are within reach for a day out. Cromer's pier and promenade lie 16 miles away; Sheringham with its steam railway is 21 miles. Norwich's markets, museums, cathedral and shops are 12 miles south. No smoking inside.
