Tunstead Cottages - Granary is a converted barn on one level, set in the Norfolk countryside with no stairs to navigate. Three bedrooms and a bathroom serve five guests comfortably; one bedroom has a double bed, one contains two 2ft 6in singles on a zip-and-link frame, and the third has a single 3ft bed. Electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels come as standard, and heating is electric central.

The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking—induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer. The living and dining room has a Freeview Smart TV. The real draw for families is the shared games room, where you can book private hourly slots to use the table tennis, pool table and air hockey table without interruption. Adjoining it is a heated indoor swimming pool (9m by 4m) with shower and changing facilities, also available to book privately.

Outside, an enclosed front garden has seating, a terrace and barbecue. There is parking for two cars. One dog stays free. The coast is around 18 minutes away by car—Sea Palling has a sandy beach—and Wroxham, the hub of the Norfolk Broads, is 11 minutes' drive, offering boat hire, river trips and waterside restaurants. Wroxham Barns, with its shops, restaurants and play area, is just minutes away. No smoking inside.
