The moment you arrive at Magnolia Lodge, you're met with a practical layout spread across two floors. Downstairs holds the living and dining space, where a television and DVD player occupy one corner, while the kitchen sits ready for cooking—it has an electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine, so you can prepare meals or handle laundry without leaving the property. Upstairs are two bedrooms: one with a kingsize bed, the other with two singles, and a shared bathroom with both a bath and a shower cubicle. The whole place is yours alone, with gas central heating, electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels all included.
Outside, an enclosed lawn with garden furniture and a sitting-out area gives you a private outdoor space, while parking for one car sits on site. The property stands in Sheringham itself, just 600 yards from the beach and equally close to shops, pubs and restaurants. One dog is welcome here. The North Norfolk coast offers plenty to do year-round: the preserved steam railway runs summer trips to Weybourne and Holt, the RSPB reserves and coastal path are nearby for walking and wildlife spotting, and National Trust properties including Sheringham Park and Felbrigg Hall are within reach. For boating and waterside activities, Wroxham—gateway to the Norfolk Broads—is roughly 50 minutes' drive away. Blakeney Quay lies 9 miles along the coast, and Wells-next-the-Sea with its harbour and sandy beach is 19 miles south. No smoking indoors.
