Three The Boulevard

Sheringham is a traditional Norfolk seaside resort with the beach within easy walking distance, a working pier, and plenty of independent shops and cafés. Three The Boulevard is a semi-detached cottage on the edge of town, close enough to all of this but set back with its own enclosed garden and private parking. The property sleeps four across two bedrooms and one bathroom, with the main bedroom on the first floor and a second bedroom with twin single beds tucked away upstairs.

Downstairs is a combined living and dining area with a corner sofa and dining table, opening onto the garden through patio doors. The kitchen has an electric cooker, dishwasher and washing machine. Bed linen, towels, electricity and wi-fi are all included. The garden has seating and furniture for eating outside, and there's room for children to play. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available if needed.

The area suits families who want beach days combined with exploration—the sandy beaches at West Runton are excellent for swimming and building, the North Norfolk Railway runs vintage steam trains in summer, and the RSPB nature reserves are nearby for walking and birdwatching. The Norfolk Broads at Wroxham are within an hour's drive, as is Norwich with its shopping, theatre and museums. No smoking inside the property.
