This two-bedroom house sits on Sheringham's clifftop, where a private gate opens directly onto the Norfolk Coastal Path. The Championship golf course is nearby, and the beach and town centre are within walking distance. The building itself has distinctive character: the kitchen features a refurbished 1950s larder unit and retro fridge, lending the space a vintage feel while remaining fully functional with modern appliances including an induction hob and dishwasher. The dual-aspect kitchen and dining room benefits from natural light and direct access to a front terrace that catches the morning sun.
Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with a super kingsize bed that can be split into singles on request, served by a shower room with heated towel rail. The living room, with its large bay window, opens onto a rear patio and cottage garden facing afternoon and evening sun. Parking for two cars sits on the property. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included; there is an electric car charging point available at cost. The property is non-smoking. One pet is welcome.

Just spent an idyllic week here. It's a beautiful cottage on the outskirts of Sheringham, yet just a few minutes walk to the beaches, the promenade, the town centre, the steam railway... and the outlook over the golf course is lovely. Spectacular sunsets! Everything you need is here.

A stunning holiday home. Links Lookout is beautiful, extremely well appointed, comfortable and in a perfect location, a 5* property. We had breakfast on the front patio in the sunshine and our evening meals on the rear patio, again in the sunshine. We watched the stunning sunsets from the master bedroom windows with is lovely view over the golf course or sometimes we walked 2 minutes to the coastal path and watched the sun set over the sea –wonderful. The Links is in a lovely quiet area of Sheringham and yet just a few minutes walk to the beach, shops, transport links and of course the golf course. Sarah was an excellent host, extremely helpful – thank you. We felt relaxed as soon as we walked into the cottage, we would highly recommend it and not just for golfers, but to anyone who is looking for a luxury home from home. We hope to be back to stay here again very soon. Val and John
