Holt is a market town with Georgian character, surrounded by North Norfolk's most popular attractions. Shops, cafes and a pub sit within a mile, while the Norfolk coast—with its beaches, nature reserves and seal colonies—lies just a short drive away. The Coach House offers a private base for exploring the area, sleeping two across a kingsize bedroom with an ensuite shower.
The ground floor has a separate toilet. Upstairs, the living space combines bedroom with a sitting area featuring a 58" smart TV and Netflix access. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with an electric oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge and washing machine. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and heating are all included. One car can park on site, and there is an electric vehicle charging point available at cost. One well-behaved pet stays free of charge.
From here you can walk to Holt Lowes for woodland trails, drive to Blakeney for coastal paths and boat trips, or reach the Norfolk Broads within an hour. Nearby are stately homes including Holkham Hall and National Trust properties such as Blickling and Felbrigg. The town itself has no smoking indoors, and you arrive after 4pm with a 10am checkout.
