Cobble Stones

Cobble Stones is a brick-and-flint lodge positioned on the edge of Holt, the Georgian market town in North Norfolk. The whole property is yours alone, with two bedrooms—a kingsize and a double—and a bathroom with walk-in shower. Downstairs, an open-plan living space brings together a lounge with 50-inch TV, a dining area, and a kitchen fitted with electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher and washing machine. Essentials like bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are included; gas central heating is available from November to March. You have private parking for one car, a bike store, and a shared garden with terrace and furniture.

The location works well for exploring the Norfolk coast. Blakeney and Cley are both five miles away, and the RSPB nature reserves and sandy beaches are within a short drive. Walking trails start from the property itself, including the local routes known as Gas Hill and Spout Hill. Holt's independent shops, galleries and restaurants are within easy reach on foot. A pub sits within a mile. The property does not permit smoking. One well-behaved pet is welcome.
