The Old Coach House
North Norfolk

You arrive at The Old Coach House to find an open-plan ground floor that pulls kitchen, dining and living spaces into one generous room. French doors open directly onto a private enclosed garden with terrace and seating areas. A kingsize bedroom and family bathroom complete the ground floor; two further bedrooms and a shower room are upstairs. The cottage sleeps six and accepts one pet free of charge. Parking for two cars is on site.
The kitchen is fitted for self-catering, with electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer. You get bed linen, towels, heating, electricity and wi-fi included. The place is non-smoking. Being set within Home Farm Holiday Cottages in the village of Holt puts you within reach of North Norfolk's coastline—sandy beaches lie roughly twenty minutes' drive away. Wells-next-the-Sea, with its quay, beach and narrow-gauge railway, is fourteen miles off. Walking country starts from your door, and the area's villages and towns—from Cromer with its pier to Hunstanton—run along the coast in either direction. The village itself has a shop, butcher, fish and chip shop and a pub.

Stayed here for a week in June this year and had a lovely time. The cottage is well equipped and plenty of room for my family. Also cool in the hot weather! Bertie and Victoria were very helpful hosts.
