North Norfolk's big horizons and quiet countryside sit within easy reach of both the Norfolk Broads and the coast. Tunstead Cottages – Stables is a single-level barn conversion on a small complex, giving you the whole property to yourself along with access to shared facilities. The layout works well for families or groups: three bedrooms (one with an ensuite), two bathrooms, and a living and dining space all on the ground floor. One bedroom has a kingsize bed, another two singles, and the third a double; the ensuite has a shower, and the main bathroom combines a bath with overhead shower.

A games room comes with the package – table tennis, pool table, air hockey and a TV – and the site has an indoor heated swimming pool available for hourly booking. The cottage itself has everything for self-catering: electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge. Heating, electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are included; the washing machine is in a shared utility room. An enclosed front garden faces onto a terrace with barbecue and seating. Parking covers two cars and smoking is not permitted; one pet stays free.

Wroxham, the Norfolk Broads' main hub, is 11 minutes away by car – the starting point for boat hire, river trips and access to 125 miles of navigable waterway. Sea Palling beach lies 18 minutes off, backed by dunes and with a café and small arcade. Wroxham Barns, with its craft studios, boutiques and play spaces, is a few minutes' drive.
