The Grandstand

The Grandstand sits close to Newcastle Racecourse at High Gosforth Park, making it a natural choice for race days and events, though the location also works well for exploring the wider area on foot or by car. Tynemouth Longsands, a mile-long Blue Flag beach, is within easy reach for days by the sea.

The house sleeps four across two double bedrooms and has a family bathroom with bath and shower. Downstairs, an open-plan living space and kitchen connect to a separate toilet; upstairs are the bedrooms and main bathroom. The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking, with an electric oven, hob and microwave. A Smart TV and electric fire warm the living area. An enclosed garden sits to the rear. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all provided, and there is parking for two cars on site with additional road parking available.
