Apple Pip

Apple Pip is a four-bedroom house on the North Yorkshire coast, sleeping eight across bedrooms arranged over two floors. Ground level holds three bedrooms—two with single beds, one with a double and ensuite shower—plus a family bathroom and an open-plan living area. Upstairs, the master suite contains a super kingsize bed, a spa bath and its own wet room. Throughout, you have wifi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included, plus initial logs for the woodburner.

The kitchen is fully fitted with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and fridge-freezer, so catering for a group requires no improvisation. The living space centres on a 70-inch smart TV with Sky, Netflix and Amazon Echo. Ground-floor bedrooms give flexibility for families with younger children, and a travel cot and highchair are provided. A sofa bed in the master bedroom offers additional sleeping space if needed.

The property opens onto an enclosed lawned garden with seating areas and furniture, with private parking for four cars. The North Yorkshire coast around Filey and Bempton offers beaches and coastal walking. No smoking throughout. Check-in is after 4pm, checkout before 10am.
