Hunroe Brow
North Yorkshire
Hunroe Brow sits on the cliff edge near Filey with almost the entire sea-facing side built from glass. The ground floor is open-plan living, dining and kitchen that all face the water, with a woodburner for cooler days. The kitchen has everything needed for self-catering: electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and washer-dryer. Three bedrooms sleep six—a double with ensuite wet room on the ground floor, and two further bedrooms upstairs, each with their own shower room. One of the first-floor bedrooms has access to a private balcony.
A spa bath sits in the ground-floor bathroom for longer soaks. The house comes with bed linen, towels, wi-fi and heating included; initial logs are provided for the woodburner. Outside, a raised patio opens onto an enclosed, lawned garden stretching across the clifftop, with space to park four cars. The property is non-smoking. From here the coast curves five miles south toward Bempton Cliffs, and the beach below is accessible to swimmers, kayakers and anglers depending on the tide.
