Bridge House is a Grade II listed building in Helmsley, a market town in North Yorkshire. The property sits on the riverbank, with its own garden leading down to the River Rye. Helmsley Castle and Duncombe Park are nearby, and walking trails into the North Yorkshire Moors start from the property. The town centre, with its shops and restaurants, is a short walk away.

The house sleeps 4 across 2 bedrooms: one with a super king bed and the other with two single beds. There are 3 bathrooms, one ensuite to each bedroom and a ground-floor wet room. Downstairs you'll find a living room with a woodburner, and a kitchen/dining room with a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher and all the essentials for cooking. Heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included, along with logs for the wood burner. A travel cot and highchair are available if needed.

Parking for one small car is provided on site. The property is non-smoking. A pub lies within a mile of the house, and the town's shops are about 100 yards away.
