Brookhouse Barns- Harebell
North Yorkshire

Harebell is a barn conversion arranged over two floors with an upside-down layout that puts the living spaces where the views are. Downstairs holds two bedrooms—one with a double bed, one with two singles—and a shower room, plus a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs is the main living area: an open-plan space combining kitchen, dining and sitting room with a wood-burning stove, Freeview TV, and electric cooking. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. There is private parking for one car and a front patio, though this is shared with other properties on the site.
The barn stands on the rural edge of Whitby, a couple of miles from the town centre. The clifftop location means the sea and countryside views reach across rolling fields, and several walking routes start from the doorstep. The Cleveland Way runs along the cliffs nearby, linking Whitby to Robin Hoods Bay. Saltwick Bay, a quieter stretch of beach, is a short walk away. The Cinder Track, a cycle and walking route stretching between Whitby and Scarborough, passes close by. Smoking is not permitted. A travel cot and highchair are available for families with younger children.
