Cardale Escapes - The Gainsborough

Harrogate's Turkish Baths, Valley Gardens and the Royal Pump Room Museum are all within reach on foot from Cardale Escapes – The Gainsborough. Ripley Castle and RHS Garden Harlow Carr lie a short drive away, as do Brimham Rocks and the Yorkshire Dales beyond. The town itself offers independent shops, restaurants and cafés in its elegant streets.

The lodge is detached and entirely yours for the stay. Ground floor accommodation means everything is on one level: a spacious open-plan living area with a dining space opens through wide glass doors onto a private garden; a bedroom with a kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom; and a second bedroom with two single beds served by a walk-in shower. The kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher and washer dryer. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. One car parks on site and one dog stays free. Adults and dogs only; no children or babies.

The layout gives everyone room to settle separately or gather together – comfortable for a quiet retreat with a book, or for sharing meals and evenings after days exploring the area.
