Came here on the first week in June. First impressions with that our room was a little bit chilly (we are from Yorkshire, so not used to particularly weather) the room was nice and comfortable however. At breakfast in the morning when I got to the front of the queue, there was no Bacon. I was advised that it would be ready in five or 10 minutes, so I went to sit down with the rest of our party (who were already tucking into their breakfast) I went back to the serving area five minutes later when the Bacon arrived and was told there were now no plates and they would be five or 10 minutes, so I went and sat back down again. When the plates arrived, I went up again and there were no mushrooms left. It was like a scene from mr bean. This would be poor in a basic bed and breakfast or side street cafe never mind a 4star hotel 🤷🏻♂️ Sort it out white hart

Having arrived with my husband for a couple of days away for the Easter break we checked in on Friday afternoon the gentleman on reception was extremely helpful. We wanted to shower later that day for our evening meal however there was no hot water, we reported this to reception and headed out. The following morning we got up to have a shower, again no hot water, this was reported again to reception, we spent the day in Harrogate and headed back to get washed and changed for our Saturday night meal, still no hot water, we were having to wash with water from the kettle. We reported this 3 times and it wasn’t until the Sunday morning before check out we had hot water. I love this place but feel so disappointed that the issue didn’t get resolved also having to go out with a strip wash isn’t what we had in mind. We would return as everything else was lovely but they can’t ignore significant things like this. Thanks Catherine and Jonathan stow

Had good stay at the White Hart Hotel while on holiday in Yorkshire, the service was excellent and the Manger working behind the front desk was extremely courteous. He went out of his was to accommodate any requests we had during our 5 night stay. My only thought about what could have been improved would have been our room. It was very clean however there looked to be water damage and flaking paint from the ceiling, and the radiator could not be switched off, only turned down; which made the room a bit hot and stuffy on some of the days where it wasn't as cool. Overall these were small issues that did not detract from our visit and I would certainly stay at the White Hart or one of their other Hotels again in the future

We had a cosy double room which we had bought with a hotel gift voucher. I know this is the smallest room out of the rooms however it was not worth the price. 1. The shelf in bathroom was hanging off. 2. The shower was really old fashioned, and was either scorching hot or freezing cold. 3. The sink isnt working properly so it takes ages for the water to go down. The room we had 302 seems to need a refurb. The receptionist was not friendly and didnt ask how our stay was. The breakfast was alright, nothing to write home about. 15 pound for car parking is very expensive. I wouldnt stay again
