Cherrytrees

Scarborough's heritage coastline and attractions are within reach of Cherrytrees, a three-bedroom house in a residential area just outside town. The property is yours alone, with parking for two cars and an enclosed back garden bordered by high hedging—there's a summerhouse for shelter, and garden furniture for sitting out. One well-behaved pet can stay free of charge.

Inside, the ground floor holds a living room with a corner leather sofa under a skylight and a Smart TV, plus a kitchen and dining space where you can cook properly: electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher and all the basics. Upstairs are three bedrooms—two with kingsize beds and a third with bunks—and a bathroom with a shower over the bath. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are included. There's a highchair and stairgate for younger children, though the bannister at the top of the stairs has horizontal bars that need watching. The house is non-smoking.
