Chestnut Cottage is a period property with retained original features and flooring, set back from the street behind its own garden. The layout flows from kitchen through to a sitting room, with stairs leading to the first floor where two bedrooms and a bathroom are arranged. The whole place is yours alone, and one dog is welcome to stay.

The garden offers a quiet retreat, and there's parking on site. Whitby's town centre, beach, and range of cafes and restaurants are within easy walking distance. A stay here works well for couples or families wanting a coastal base, or for quieter breaks where you might spend time in the garden rather than out exploring. Essentials like electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are provided. No smoking throughout.
