Church View Cottage suits families and couples after a self-contained base with room to spread out. The single-storey detached home sleeps four across two bedrooms—a double and two singles—with one bathroom. You get the whole property to yourself, along with an enclosed garden and patio where children and dogs can safely play; one pet stays free. There is parking for two cars on site.
The living and dining space opens onto the patio, and the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking—oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine and everything else you need. Essentials like electricity, Wi-Fi, heating and towels are included. The cottage is a short walk from Ripon's centre, where the Black Swan Hotel and local pubs serve food, and shops are two miles away.
No smoking inside. Check-in is after 15:30 and departure before 10:00.

What a gem of a place, beautiful cottage, fantastic views, great hosts, everything you could need is made available in the cottage and the pub is less than 100 metres away. Some great walks with the dog. Loved it, thank you.

Beautiful cottage in a beautiful location. Everything you need is provided and a warm welcome is guaranteed from the owners Paul and Sue. Lots of local walks right on its door step and plenty to see, do and to explore by car. Loved our visit and highly recommend
