Cleveland House is a three-storey townhouse sleeping six in Saltburn-by-the-Sea. Ground floor has an open-plan living and dining room with a sofa bed, plus a kitchen fitted with an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher and full-size fridge. There is a shower room on this level. The first floor holds a king bedroom and a twin room with zip-and-link beds that can be pushed together, served by a bathroom with both bath and shower. On the second floor, a third bedroom has two zip-and-link single beds (configurable as a super king), with a separate toilet nearby.
The essentials are covered: heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi. A welcome pack is provided, and families with small children will find a travel cot, highchair and stairgate already in place. One dog stays free. No smoking is allowed inside. A patio with garden furniture sits to the front, along with private parking for one car and additional on-street spaces nearby.
The harbour and town centre lie just downhill, a ten-minute walk away. Saltburn is a working coastal town with beaches, cliff walks and the ruins of Whitby Abbey not far distant. The house was fully renovated in 2023.

Stunning house equipped with every thing you need, the owners eye for detail and desire for you to have the best holiday is clear. We had not been to the area before but wow stunning scenery and friendly locals will mean we will definitely be returning.

We had such a wonderful girls weekend recently at Cleveland Rest. The house is beautifully decorated and has a lovely quiet garden. All the bedrooms are light and airy, and the house is well equipped for all guests. We visited the beautiful seaside towns of Saltburn and Staithes. They’re both a must when visiting and I will definitely head back to when I return with my family. You won’t be disappointed with the lovely Cleveland Rest x

Superb town cottage, close to amenities but very quiet and peaceful. Several walks out to the coast and to the local woods. Great for dog owners with a handy little grass field from the back garden. Lots of places to eat and visit near by. Property is well equipped, we couldn't find anything we could suggest to add! And all the little details taken care of by thoughtful owners. Exactly as it says on the description. Perfect for dogs, the garden is properly secure for pets and children,unlike some we have stayed at. Happy to give this our biggest remmendation!
