Cloth Fair

Cloth Fair is a single-storey cottage on the grounds of Rawcliffe House Farm Holiday Cottages, set within North Riding Forest Park. The whole property is yours alone, arranged on the ground floor: an open-plan living and dining space with French doors to a patio, a kitchen fitted for cooking from scratch, a bedroom with ensuite wet room, and a separate utility room where you can wash and dry clothes. The living area has a woodburner and Freeview TV; the bedroom has zip-and-link beds that convert to a double, plus its own television. Parking for two cars is on site.

The 42-acre grounds include a viewing deck and shared sitting areas, with cycle trails and bridle paths beginning at your door. Pickering, home to the North Yorkshire Moors steam railway, is six miles away; the coast and North York Moors are accessible for day trips. A pub is within a mile. The property is no-smoking. Electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are provided; heating and hot water are included in the rate. Note that there is a stream and pond within the grounds.
