The North York Moors roll out across open moorland punctuated by stone villages and market towns, with the coast an easy drive away. Manor House Farm Cottage occupies a wing of a restored Grade II listed farmhouse, set among working farmland with genuine quiet and dark skies at night. The position suits walkers and cyclists drawn to the moors, and those wanting countryside without isolation—villages and the seafront are within reach.

Inside, the cottage has two bedrooms: a ground-floor twin with French doors to the rear garden, and upstairs a king-size double with its own en-suite. A second shower room serves the twin. The main living space combines kitchen and dining area, with an electric oven, hob, dishwasher and microwave, alongside a sitting room with wood-burning stove. Underfloor central heating, electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included. There's an enclosed front garden with seating and a bike store; the rear has a patio and lawn.

The cottage sleeps four and welcomes one pet at no extra charge. Two cars can park on the gravel drive. No smoking indoors. One note: the property draws water from a borehole.
