Driftwood

Driftwood is a four-storey Victorian townhouse in a quiet residential street near Scarborough Cricket Club. You arrive on the ground floor into an open-plan living and dining room with a Smart TV, Netflix and Sky; French doors lead through to a courtyard with seating and fairy lights. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking—electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer are all here.

Upstairs, the first-floor master bedroom has a kingsize bed, TV and an ensuite shower room. The second floor holds a double bedroom and twin bedroom, plus a family bathroom with a bath and shower. On the third floor, a games room has an Xbox, games, toys and two sofa beds (one double, one single), along with a fourth bedroom with twin single beds and its own shower room. Bed linen, towels and wifi are included. One pet stays free. The rear garden has a sitting area; there are two steps down to it. The property is no-smoking throughout.

Scarborough beaches are within walking distance. There is parking and the nearest pub is within a mile.
