Ellis Close Farm - Bramble Cottage
North Yorkshire
Photo: Google Maps
Bramble Cottage sits on a working farm within the North Yorkshire Moors National Park, converted from former barns over two centuries old. The Heritage Coast and Scarborough are both reachable for a day out—Scarborough's two bays, castle ruins, Peasholm Park and Sea Life Centre draw families; the moors and surrounding countryside suit walkers and cyclists year-round. The beck that runs through the 30-acre grounds lies 600 yards away.
The cottage is ground floor throughout, with two bedrooms (a double and two singles), a bathroom with bath and shower, and an open-plan living and dining area. The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking—electric oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer. You get a woodburner for cooler evenings, French doors to a patio, and a small enclosed garden with barbecue. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are included; parking is on site for two cars. One dog is welcome provided it stays on a lead.
The property is part of a larger farm complex with shared gardens, play area and facilities. No smoking inside.
