Sycamore is a single-bedroom pod at Graffitoe Farm near Hunmanby, built with contemporary comfort in mind. The whole property is yours alone, set within a small cluster of holiday lets on working farmland just inland from the Yorkshire coast. One bedroom sleeps four—a double bed plus a sofa bed—with a combined living and dining space, kitchenette, and shower room all on the ground floor with level access to the garden. A private hot tub sits on the decking outside, looking over fields and countryside.

The kitchen has an induction hob, microwave, and fridge-freezer for self-catering; electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included. The farm maintains a walking route through its grounds if you have a dog with you. Filey's seafront and amusement arcades are under two miles away; Bridlington is similarly close. Hunmanby village has a pub, shops and a post office a short drive off. The property does not permit smoking, and there is a step down into the garden from the terrace.
