Lady Edith's Duo opens into a compact ground-floor layout: the living room and kitchen are at the front, three bedrooms arranged behind, and the bathroom serving the whole space. The main bedroom has a double bed and television; the second holds bunk beds; the third is a single. The kitchen comes equipped for proper cooking, and the living area has a Smart TV. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included, and one car can park on the property itself.
The lodge sits within a 52-acre park, accessed via five steps and furnished with an enclosed back garden and a shared hot tub. The wider grounds include woodland to explore, and the on-site bar and play area draw families. Fishing permits are available for the local mere. One well-behaved dog stays free. Scarborough's two sandy bays are within reach—North Bay with the Sea Life Centre and colourful huts, South Bay with traditional seaside amusements, arcades and restaurants. Peasholm Park's oriental gardens and boating lake sit nearby, as does Scarborough Castle. The waterpark, theatres and funfair are all accessible without a long drive. Note that the holiday park can be lively at times.

Absolutely lovely holiday park, lovely owner, who were there to show us our pitch and explained, what other services they do. We did a check online with different websites and was shown no availability for the 1 day stop over that we wanted. But when we phoned the Holiday Park direct, they were very happy to accommodate us. Fees and facilities are good, and the Internet was superb here, unlike some Parks that we have used, where the Internet is nearly non existent. Great location, lovely setting, friendly people and lots of options.

Lovely caravan site just outside scarboro but close enough to all the amenities. Toilets/showers were ok , shower on a 20p meter. Bar was nice, and reasonable. There was a take away food place which we used for breakfast unfortunately only open sat and sun, food did look nice though. Bank holiday so it was very busy quieter after and more suitable to hubby and me we'd come with the grandchildren so it ticked the boxes

Visited Lady Edith’s for the second time & definitely will be returning, first stay was just a group of us adults which we throughly enjoyed & second we returned with the kiddies. The site is in great location for days out and the staff are so friendly, welcoming & always happy to help, all areas are clean & tidy with shower & w/c facilities always spotless clean. Any problems staff are on hand and resolve in a timely manner. Site residents are all really friendly & happy to welcome guests to the site. Kids play park on site where the kids can go & play in total safety with a family friendly club house/bar close by where you can enjoy a drink or snack. Definitely recommend!!!
