Scarborough's beaches are the real draw here. Mill View House stands less than a mile from the seafront, within easy reach of both North Bay's quieter stretches and South Bay's traditional resort energy—donkeys, amusements, the full seaside picture. Walk down to either and you'll pass Peasholm Park, where the gardens, lake and miniature naval re-enactments keep children occupied for hours. The promenade itself runs the length of both bays, with an open-top bus service if anyone tires of walking. Inland, the castle sits visible on the hillside, and Scarborough Spa, the open air theatre and Stephen Joseph Theatre are all accessible on foot or a short journey.

This is a five-bedroom, two-bathroom terraced house sleeping eight.
