Scarborough's working seafront and Victorian attractions are within easy reach of The Little Town House, a two-storey holiday home positioned in the town centre. The station and bus terminals are a short walk away, and the beaches at North and South Bay are about twenty minutes on foot. The property sleeps four across two double bedrooms, with one bathroom upstairs and a ground-floor living space arranged over two rooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with an oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge. The living room has a television and bay windows; the dining room is separate. A stable door from the kitchen opens onto a private patio with seating and garden furniture. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and heating are included. One parking permit for the street is provided. The house does not permit smoking.
It suits visitors travelling by train or bus, or those who want a central base for exploring the Yorkshire coast without a car. The enclosed garden is useful for families with young children, and a travel cot is available on request.
