Ground floor holds a dining area; the first floor is an open-plan living and kitchen space with a 40-inch smart TV; the second floor is entirely bedroom and bathroom, with a freestanding roll-top bath positioned in the bedroom itself under a cathedral-style ceiling, plus a separate shower cubicle. The kitchen is equipped for cooking proper meals—electric oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer are all there. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels come as standard.
