St Columba's quiet corner of North Yorkshire puts you within reach of both the Swale River and Swaleside Country Park. Swaleside Cottage is a ground-floor property sleeping six, with three bedrooms—a kingsize, a double, and a twin—spread across a layout designed for comfort rather than stairs. Two bathrooms serve the bedrooms, and a shower room provides extra convenience. The whole place is yours alone.
The kitchen has a full range of appliances for proper cooking, while the living room centres on a woodburner and Smart TV. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included. Outside, an enclosed garden with seating and a barbecue opens onto a patio; you can arrange day fishing passes for the river. Two cars can park on site. One dog stays free. No smoking indoors. Check-in is after 4pm and checkout before 10am.

Amazing place booked Christmas week for my grandsons first Xmas, my dogs came and stayed for free and the hosts were absolutely fantastic throughout our whole stay I would definitely recommend and I will go back too!

My daughter and I have just completed our week at Swaleside Cottage, Topcliffe. The cottage is beautiful, plenty of room with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms (one a Jack & Jill arrangement). There is everything you need in the cottage. It is very clean and plenty of places to walk the pooches!!! The managers are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Central enough to visit Ripon, Thirsk, Northallerton, Knaresborough and even Scarborough!! (Just over an hour). Thank You.
