The Richmond sits in the heart of North Yorkshire farmland, where the garden regularly welcomes visiting chickens and ducks and views stretch across open countryside. This one-bedroom cottage sleeps two and comes as your own private space, with parking for two cars and an enclosed patio garden that includes a hot tub, firepit, and dining area.

The property is arranged over two floors. Downstairs is an open-plan living and kitchen area with a 65-inch smart TV, contemporary furnishings, and bi-fold doors opening to the patio. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. Upstairs, the bedroom features a four-poster super kingsize bed with countryside views, a separate dressing area, and an ensuite bathroom with a freestanding bath and shower. Heating is provided by biomass underfloor heating, and the essentials—electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi—are included. A welcome pack is waiting on arrival.

This is adults-only accommodation; no children under 18. The cottage does not permit smoking. There are steps at the entrance and within the garden, which is worth noting if mobility is a concern.
